Kane Williamson will be the first SRH to retain their IPL 2022 players. If SRH decides to build a strong and powerful bowling unit from Indian players, there will be better opportunities for Nitrajan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

As for SRH, their first to remain skipper is Kane Williamson, while they could not leave Rashid Khan, on the other hand, there could be a difficult agreement between the two parties.

It is unlikely that SRH will retain Rashid Khan, as the Afghan spinner does not want to be SRH's second retained player before the IPL 2022 mega auction. The fact is that the difference between the two positions is INR 4 crore.
