KKR Squad IPL 2023: Complete list of players bought by Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL Auction 2023: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have completed their squad for next year's tournament by adding eight more players to the list of retained players and expanding their arsenal finish. IPL 2023 Auction. The franchise played well to get some players at a bargain during the accelerated round. Despite very low funds, they were able to close some interesting deals. 

With a solid playing XI already in place, Kolkata looked for replacement players at the auction table. After trading Shardul Thakur and Lokie Ferguson, the franchise left funds of INR 7.05 crores in the bank for further purchases of 11 players in the auction. 

KKR bagged all-rounder Shakib al Hasan for 1.5 crores and Litton Das at a base price of INR 50 lakhs. Both purchases were made during the second accelerated round. Meanwhile, they also bought Namibian all-rounder David Wiese at his base price of INR 1 crore. 

The former IPL champions added five home-grown players to their arsenal during the auction, while also making foreign investments. The Kolkata purple outfit will feature the likes of N. Vaibhav Arora (INR 60 lakh), Jagadeesan (INR 90 lakh),  Suyash Sharma (INR 20 lakh), Mandeep Singh (INR 50 lakh) and Kulwant Khejroliya (INR 20 lakh)  IPL 2023.
